Capital One has announced they are expanding their transfer partners, and improving one airline partner as well. Effective Feb. 4, 2020, you can transfer your Capital One rewards to two new hotel partners — Wyndham Rewards and Accor Live Limitless. In addition, Capital One is improving the transfer ratio to JetBlue TrueBlue.
Capital One Hotel Partners
While Wyndham and Accor are not the most well-known hotel brands, they have a wide variety of properties. With over 9,000 and 3,700 properties respectively, you have a great chance of finding accomodations that fit your needs.

In addition to the new Capital One transfer partners, Capital One has just increased the ratio of points you receive from 2:1 to 2:1.5. That means 1,000 Capital One miles are now worth 750 TrueBlue points rather than 500. How Do the Changes Affect Miles Value?
Updates to rewards programs often result in points becoming devalued. In this case, Capital One miles value will actually increase in value.
We currently value Capital One miles at 1 cent per point when redeeming for travel. How to Transfer Capital One Miles
Once you earn Capital One miles and want to transfer them, it’s a simple process. First, log in to your Capital One account and select the credit card that you want to transfer miles from.
Then, select the airline or hotel partner that you want to send your miles to. You will be asked to link your loyalty membership number, so be sure to have that information on hand.
Lastly, you will be asked to type in how many miles you would like to transfer. Be sure to double check this as all transfers are final and non-reversible.
Once you confirm the transfer, the points may appear immediately or take a few days. For best practice, give ample time for your miles to transfer.
Is it worth it to transfer Capital One miles?
The short answer to this question is "maybe." Each redemption is unique, so each potential redemption should be calculated individually.
How do you know if transferring Capital One Miles is worth it?
